I think he meant every word of what he said. Maybe wrong about the Whitehouse basement, but I would think his basement would need to be pretty close to the WH for it to work.

He was the a horrible man, president, and the political leader of our country. I hope he is charged with whatever, and there may be many, crime he committed during his terms in office-he needs to pay.
