I see it as a battle between good and evil. God is on the good side, thus he will win. Satan won't win because he isn't clever enough with his minions. He only selects the weak minded, thus they don't have the ability to figure out how to fight a preplanned attack from military intelligence officers. All they know how to do is steal, lie and cheat.
