It's a bum steer!
I’m calling it making an excuse why Biden dies and can’t purposely or unwittingly testify that he had no idea who signed his name on all those EO’s or those pardons.
Apparently, there are supposed to be autopen exercise "receipts" with multiple signatures. It wouldn't matter if Biden were alive, dead, or the living dead. Lack of receipts is ipso facto lack of authorized use.
