Also it would seem that a sinus flushing nasal irrigator is going to be necessary, squeeze bottle flush not adequate. What unit is the best to buy?

I use Xlear. It’s over the counter and my chiropractor recommended using it. It helps quite a bit and my sinus infections are far and few now.

I use this as well. Active ingredient is grapefruit seed extract (other brands are similar). You can make your own if you dare. Note that “homemade HCQ” is concentrated boiled grapefruits and lemons in distilled water: 3:1:2, 3 grapefruits, 1 lemon, boiled for 2 hours, then store in glass.
