No, white swans do not have black wingtips. White swans, like Trumpeter swans and Tundra swans, are entirely white, including their wingtips. The black wingtips are a characteristic of Snow geese, not swans.

Those are not wingtips. That is one of its legs, normally seen as black since there are no feathers to cover the black skin.
*edit: Nvm, in the "video," which is entirely fake, yes, the bird has black wingtips.
