If he did, he would not be making misleading claims about the efficiency of electrical power distribution. Long-distance high-voltage lines have about 98% efficiency. Area distribution lower-voltage lines have about 96% efficiency.

He has a bachelor's degree in astronautics. I have, in addition to that, two master's degrees and a 40-year career in the area of space-based systems. He is talking up the market for what his company hopes to sell.
