Why is there not a class-action suit against all district judges for their illegal use of nationwide injunctions/TROs? It seems like a LOT of time is being wasted. SCOTUS goes into recess the end of June. I guess SCOTUS won't care when they have to come back in during the summer to hear an emergency case when Trump just starts ignoring the district court injunctions and forces the issue.
I guess maybe he could just be waiting to prove the courts are no longer viable, and usher in tribunals.
