Arrests are a mere "embarrassing inconvenience" if there are no convictions. And there will be no convictions with the current corrupt judiciary. This must be fixed first. District Attorney training 101 (repeat groupA numerous times for RICO):

INTERVIEW of suspect - If possible with subpoena

INDICTMENT - by Grand Jury seeing evidence above

ARREST WARRANT for suspect - if not co-operating or attempting to flee

RELEASE ON BAIL - suspect puts up a bond or is denied

PRE-TRIAL - prosecution/defense with battling motions to allow evidence

TRIAL - hopefully televised

VERDICT - jury conviction

SENTENCING - jail time commensurate with PROVEN crimes

FINAL ARREST - or plea deal cut to give up higher up elites

In enforcing the law you do not arrest someone unless they are an imminent threat or risk of flight or ignore a subpoena. Arrests are largely theater used by the Deep State to embarrass publicly with media present. Military JAGs likely have supervisory authority over civil and criminal courts right now due to "state of war", but are smartly staying behind the scenes.

You can arrest and hold without charges for some period 3x for "contempt of court" legally, but this is generally just harassment, and this activity will not help one's legitimate case in front of a Constitutional judge. Everyone involved will be viewed as unserious, low-IQ clowns as most Deep State AGs and District Attorneys are.
