I'm sure there are good bugs in the gut that will be killed with any remedy, you just have to pick the protocol which you think will do the most good and least harm. Can IVM differentiate between good bacteria and bad bacteria? Probably not, but i would think our bodies are made from God to work well with good bacteria more so than bad bacteria, thus getting rid of the bad stuff is more pressing than keeping the good stuff.
