While 100% correct no matter what no one should walk just by declaring they didn't know any better.

It opens the door to all of those that do know (most do), yet do it anyway.

If incompetence was allowed to be dangerous again, slightly less ppl would be incompetent. Bring back accountability.

Ironically, one of the core tenants of our legal system is that ignorance of the law is not an allowable or admissable excuse in court.
