These are the symptom of the real problem, which is state and federal government that has abandoned the Constitution and rule of law. Do you think this would be permitted if the flags and slogans and chants were Nazi? This shouldn't be permitted (yet it is). It should be a crime to advocate overthrow of the constituted government (if it isn't already) and that would be a mandate for revoking visas or naturalizations, and deportation.
Further, the state and federal government we get is the state and federal government we deserve---if we don't weigh in on electoral contests. I know there is fudging going on, but the ballot differentials are not much greater than 60/40 %. Far too many citizens have suicidal political philosophy. The average citizen needs to bone up on the 3Cs (Christianity, Constitution, and Capitalism) and argue for them whenever they are questioned or disparaged. Especially Christianity, since we are in a de facto antagonistic atheist secular culture presently.
A pastor I know is involved in setting up a Lutheran-based college. I suggested they adopt a motto: "Lutherans must crush Atheists." He agreed (though I don't think it will be adopted, out of decorum).
