Biden was obviously heavily medicated at times to either make him more alert (not fall asleep or not being a walking zombie)... and at other times to make him cognitively aware of his own surroundings. Then, I'm sure other drugs were administered to make him more comatose.
There are a LOT of medications which, under their influence, one shouldn't operate vehicles or machinery or do certain jobs. Trump should investigate what medications Biden was on that would affect his mental abilities... and when... and which of his staff knew, but still allowed him to make decisions.
