Unbroken chain of Mossad-controlled Texans since Bush Sr. and LBJ. LBJ was literally running guns through Texas to Israel in the 1950s. Mossad helped rig his 1948 Senate election for him (most likely). The only dirtier future President than LBJ more en-meshed with Israeli/MI-6 intelligence was George Bush Sr (and he helped put LBJ in).

In general- it needs to be unlawful for any American legislative body to send funds offshore elsewhere for non-citizens. Especially so when the government has to borrow money to do so
