Uh....the 2nd has zero to do with attacking LE and suffering the consequences.
im talking conceal or open carry. not pointing a gun at LE.
You can't provoke a fight with someone then shoot them claiming self-defense, you're getting charged.
You can't plan to attend and participate in a riot while armed unless you want the felony charge that goes with it.
i agree you'd be charged.
