Yea, but pakistans government is less fundamentalist, certainly not secular but not ran by imams either, unlike irans government(maybe not on the surface but in reality Imams are Irans DS....)

The DS exists everywhere, not just political and business leaders but also religious leaders. Pope Francis was certainly a DS appointment.
