So subpar Apartment blocs that come in way over budget. Are built like shit. And are likely going to end up trashed by the ‘Residents’ in months.
While simultaneously driving up crime rates and driving down property values of everyone who happens to have the misfortune of living nearby.
Not to mention that if you're just an honest regular fucking person moving into one of those things is hell. Like you can't just live your life and be left alone when you live in one of those things because your neighbors are all crackheads and losers with nothing better to do than to start drama and fights with you. If you're not smoking meth with them then they'll try to run you out.
