Somebody help a Bastard out. What does this mean in real dollars? $2000? $5000? While I appreciate getting my stolen property back, it's going to take a MUCH BIGGER amount to make a real difference.
Assuming doge.gov is accurate, approximately $223 dollars per tax payer, potentially a little more if we consider actual net taxes paid (aka not people who make around the standard deduction)
