Colorado seems about as democrat as DC, so I assume this is going to appeal. We'll see.
Lindell says the judge told him he has 30 days to appeal. Nike was vey upbeat that his company was not found liable (Big Win). Also, he was being sued for about 62 million but was only awarded 2.6 million.
Eric Coomer is a CRIMINAL.
Mike Lindell's lawyers opening statements said they had no evidence of that.
This is not a surprising verdict
They didn't look or were bought off. Dominion is crooked, and they are the reason Venezuela is now a communist country. It's sad that Lindell had such terrible lawyers.
Mike Lindell told people to give him money because he was going to "reveal to the world the truth" about our voting machines and he didn't. He did not use the defense that what he said was true.
Truth is a defense against defamation. If Lindell could show what he said was true, he would win the case. He did not even attempt to do that. He ran a first amendment defense saying he had a right to say false things.
His lawyers were not paid off. The client gets to set the defense. They were doing what Lindell wanted.

All I can say is that I watched everything he presented after the 2020 election and heard all the witnesses, including videos of Eric Coomer "selling" the Dominion system of election theft software.That election was stolen. If Lindell's lawyers in this case weren't able to prove that Lindell was right about Eric Coomer, then they are idiots, or the judge and jury are idiots. Or evil, or both. Lindell has a right to ask for donations, because of course, the lawyers must be paid, no matter how shitty a job they did defending him.
Lindell had zero evidence.
