My intuition is telling me they're focusing on voter fraud first before Epstein List because half of Congress goes to jail if it's released. That way there's not this huge void created in the power structure. If they just arrest everyone but the infrastructure still exists for voter fraud, they'd just fill those positions in with new shitheads.
