I'll be honest for a moment, I thought you were literally an AI response for a moment... You used what looked like an em dash -- basically a longer hyphen. The em dash isn't a symbol on your keyboard, so only an AI would accidentally include them in their work...
This is how you identify AI models in the wild for right now... It's a flaw with their training data, which forces its way into their outputs... You can't even get Ai to stop doing it when you confront them about it, it'll usually literally get worse.
You did not use an em dash, you used two normal hyphens... Sorry.
