Cool. I have only a smidgen of experience with home brewing. I've had three adventures: cherry plum wine (cherry plums being a hybrid of cherry and plum); mango wine, and persimmon wine. No one has died yet.
lol. Yeah it’s a fun hobby. I have done mead and cider too. Never done wine though my parents neighbor has.
Once you get good at it and good at cooking it‘s a lot of fun to make beer and wine paired home cooked meals
