I want us to cut off ALL aid everywhere for everything not DIRECTLY befitting citizens here in the US.

No more Subsidized anything... no "free" money, no NATO - nuttin.

If your country can't make it without leeching off the USA - guess what? YOU don't have a country. It's all a big lie.

Cut them ALL off and reevaluate if it's America First or last once again.
