Why shelter in place in Qatar?

Just drive to and stay near the Presidential Palace for the Emir of the State of Qatar. Would Iran risk accidentally hitting the Emir's palace? I don't think so.
So long as Americans stick around that neighborhood... it should be relatively safe.
