Accidents happen do they not? So yes. Even in surgery mistakes happen.
We are supposed to learn from them.
We are talking about "being wrong," not suffering an accident. There is a lot of effort in aviation to make sure things are right and not to have an accident. Most flight accidents are cases of the design being wrong, the fabrication being wrong, or the pilot being wrong. You don't get to dodge out of your own topic.

I get better from not enjoying my mistakes. It gives me motive to prevent them (which involves precluding shit from happening).

WHAT DOES EXPERIENCE mean!!!
Someone with EXPERIENCE has made errors and know what to avoid.
That doesn't mean errors in PRODUCTION!
That means errors in a STAGING/TEST environment. That's how experience is gained.
