He can control himself. He's always been in control.
If you listen to any of his behind the scenes campaign books, he takes what he says very seriously, even in Tweets. He's a media man: he knows how to spin, get attention, and drive engagement.
It's a calculated way of saying "I'm pissed, get the message out."
Yes he even leaned forward on “fuck” for emphasis. 😂😂 Oh the media is just going to lap that up like dogs at the water dish.
