How many voters are in NYC? All it takes is 50% + 1. Are half the residents of NYC socialist liberals who condone such measures? If so I certainly want them to enjoy the fruits of their votes, first. What will they say when a released prisoner sticks a knife in their ribcage demanding money? They won't be able to call the police because there won't be a police force. Oh, just call the new mayor. He has all the answers.
