I am familiar with and have used DMSO, Chlorine Dioxide, anti-parasitics... I haven't seen anything talking about how to approach this.

I follow this guy, who says they will reduce themselves and go away with proper diet. The introduction, although old, has the basic philosophy in a nutshell. I have found much evidence that he's right.

I recall reading a few of his blog posts that included mentions of fibroids, but this is the only one I found in a search. (I hesitated before posting this, because his tone here is informal and almost flippant. Most of his posts are more serious. Anyway, you be the judge.) https://darkovelcek.wordpress.com/2015/08/29/the-female-issues-higher-responsibility-higher-maintenance/
Changing the diet to carnivore and drinking salted water sounds like a lot of work--- it is a drastic change for most people --- but I have found it very rewarding.
A lot lof people aren't supposed to know this! Doctors are going broke and they are desperate for the people to not know the secret. Drinking salt water is healthy and western medicine has kept it from us!
Then you should love this guy, Darko Velcek. Utterly dismissive of modern medicine, although he studied it. Moved to Peru because he cured too many people.
Yeah, salt is definitely one of the biggest brainwashes out there. Drinking salt is free, and far better than costly kool-aid.
You can tell who to listen to by their utter dismissals.
Alas, not concerned about cost, myself. Just health benefits and taste. Hell, it's smart to mix kool aid with salt water. Tastes so good, you make funny faces!
Carnivore habits can reverse all sorts of long-term, impossible to cure, illness.
I found that salted water (also magnesium, potassium, not just sodium chloride) is a forever habit. Get choosey about which salt. A blessing when experiencing acid reflux, and It cures all ills, really. My family is forever being told (by me) to drink 'electrolytes' more. We make our own, but there are some brands that are good.
Also, making salty drinks (a squeeze of lime?) helps you give up sugar - which is a horrible habit brought to us by the Elizabethans - who wrote whole cookbooks on how to poison oneself. In the nicest possible way.
Sidebar - Henry the 8th was the diabeetus king. You see - the palace cooks outdid each other in concocting beautifully shaped sweetmeats, cakes and frilly candied frippery for a bad-tempered king with a broken leg.
Eat like a caveman - who sees a boiled egg as high-tech and civilized as it involves boiling water. (The high tech part being the vessel for boiling). But really, a soup-pot, a frypan and a good knife is all you need in the kitchen.
Further to the high tech part - I know someone who is actively shrinking a tumor with topical ivermectin and pilled fenbendazole and all sorts of minerals - also a carnivore - no coffee, no alcohol etc. btw
Preach it!
Didn't know that about Henry VIII.
(Re: salts. Sea salt is the "grab bag" of all possible minerals. Your body takes what it needs and eliminates the rest. I'm pretty sure that each mineral treats specific maladies, but sea salt will cover all bases. Mined salt can be deprived of hydrophilic minerals like magnesium.)
