When we went to see the Eclipse in Waco, we actually watched at an Amish settlement - They had pottery, quilts, and some of the best food you can eat anywhere - even the ketchup beats the conventional. The Amish do many things very well.
Somebody in NC gov’t. will try and sue them soon enough. Hopefully not though. They were getting heavy pushback (earlier) from local code enforcement in places.
