Fetal cell lines that are used in the development of vaxxines are not in the final product. They are used to grow the pathogens targeted for the vaxxine and then filtered out. Typically the fetal cells used are not stem cells, but fibroblasts. Research is being done to find alternatives.

The adjuvants alone are dangerous enough on their own and have never been studied in the context of how they are used. This also includes many of the additives in our food that are considered GRAS. To date, most of the independent studies that have been done do not look good. At least now we have a chance to finally bring some sanity back to prioritize safety over profit.
