I never thought I'd see the day Democrat supported Read The Bills!

But I have to agree, ANY BILL passed by Congress should be read before it passes: If you can't read it you should not pass it. And the bills should be limited to one subject at a time, and should be written by lawmakers, not unelected bureaucrats!
