The Media, right or left, in general really overuses words like “Military Precision” to make shit sound scarier. Dude pulled a stunt that would realistically be feasible for any moderately experienced Hunter with off the shelf equipment from a local sporting goods store if they went off the deep end and truly desired to.
That’s of course assuming he even was the shooter or was working alone.
