Fact check: Partially true. Five bodies with shackled hands and feet wash up on beach off the coast of Majorca. Okay so not the United States. AND when you read the story - the assumption is that they are/were migrants who traveling from Algeria to Spain by boat. Not our illegals here in this country. Though, if this messaging encourages more self depotations, I say great!
