This drop 11 is one I've had a problem coming to grips with. Anyone, Whether Military or Civilian, in the position of 'Q', should know it's the Commander-in-Chief. Who is the Commander and Chief, Sounds like a basement dweller.
Q is not asking us "Who is commander in chief of the military", but you know that. This is classic Socratic Methodology, a process of questioning that inspires critical thinking and analysis.
Does this go along with 'misspellings matter'?
