When Leprechauns begin falling out out of the arse of jet plains so think they cloud the sun, and sovereign pass laws against Leps, tending to legitimize them, then I think the answer is, YES.
You can't be serious about contrails clouding the Sun. You must live in a land where there are no clouds---and surely no overcast. That you can see them against the sky is only from the fact that they are brighter than the sky. The Sun shines through them easily. Where is the evidence that the Sun's intensity is reduced by any significant amount?
But no weather modification legislation can or will prevent air travel, which entails the production of contrails. There is no evidence that they constitute weather modification, and their nature (high-altitude persistence) is completely at odds with any actual weather modification intent.
By your logic, then, we should all be concerned about "climate change," because the legislatures in their infinite wisdom have decided to embrace that particular Leprechaun? Or how about "gender plasticity"? I guess you must believe that state legislatures are the fount of all knowledge and wisdom. So also the federal government. Why not embrace the Covid vaccine, then? I don't think you are that foolish. Why embrace such foolishness in this case?
