Chapel Hill is pretty expensive place to live in Orange County NC which has the highest taxes in the entire state.

Orange County is a very BLUE area.

This flooding has been seen in other counties other than Orange County. These are the other counties affected ... and will be even more so when their rivers crest later on today: Alamance (Conservative County) Durham, Chatham, Moore, and Person Counties.
