Personally, I still believe in the Plan, partly because it's the only think that offers an explanation for all that has happened and is happening, partly due to the proofs, and partly because of my hope for the children of the world who need saving.
As a professional who assists organizations through change, I am very familiar with change leadership and all of the variables involved. One of the most difficult concepts is balance, specifically how to maintain the faith of early adopters of change and a new paradigm (similar to early Anons) as the change process unfolds and appears (to early adopters) to be stalling out due to their expectations and need for resolution (consider the reaction--both the speed and the voracity--each time something occurs that does not fit the expectations of Anons--patience with the Plan is growing thin, based on my observation).
Assuming the Plan is unfolding according to plan, I am puzzled by the lack of engagement by the Q Team to reassure Anons. Leaving it up to Anons to "see" the cues risks the erosion of the movement. For example, seeing "17" in many instances is either a comm from Q, or it is self-fulfilling prophecy that eventually wears out and turns people off. Out of a random 100 Anons, what percent are always going to believe it is a Q/Plan comm? If 10 percent start doubting because they conclude that their ability to see"17's" is nothing more than their programmed bias, then the Anons become 10 percent weaker.
The longer this storm takes to play out, and if the most serious expectations (Epstein for example) are shattered, the more the Anon base will question the bedrock of the movement: We have it all; NCSWIC; etc. And as they question, many will leave, or become disinterested, or worse, turn against the movement.
I guess my advice to the Q Team is (and I know, they don't need it, nor did they ask, but I am sharing it for my own sanity): You need to re-engage your base, and reassure them, before too many stop choosing to believe or to be involved. We need some type of touchpoint, check-in, milestone, etc.that let's us know that this is not a psyop, and that we have not been duped, and this touchpoint needs to be direct, not some obscure clue that is cloaked in too much reasonable doubt requiring more faith. We need ammo to reply to family and friends who want to know where Q is, now? We need the timeline reviewed, and we need to know that the cabal is being dismantled.
So, it will be interesting to see this play out. In 90 days will we have arrived at "I told you so" moments where we get to shove Q in the faces of so many regarding some of the more egregious things perpetrated by the Deep State? And will it be obvious, or will it be obscured by some lawfare bullshit, or cloaked among clues requiring the fall back of a "how many coincidences" rationale? Will we have received confirmation from Q that all is still going well? All this is to say that either the movie is ending very soon with a huge bang, or there will need to be some type of comms, otherwise the community of active Anons will shrink dramatically--that's just a reality based on humans experiencing change fatigue.
How will Q manage this change leadership endeavor so that we don't erode the Anon base?

Your last allusion to another's comment... what is the good of having a bunch of chaff that could have been strong proponents? I know you understand and you were just quoting that person.
I appreciate your insights, and the faith group exercise sounds fascinating. Simple things like Myers-Briggs, or StrengthsFinder help groups of people learn how to complement one another rather than remain divisive. Not sure if your group used a similar tool, but I am glad you have the results you did.
As for me... long, winding journey. For those who are in love with human dynamics and who happen to see those dynamics the same way engineers see a math problem, it's pretty fun and interesting to be able to work with a group of people to help them solve their challenges or seize opportunities (often two sides to the same coin). And my philosophy is that my clients always have more info about their company/org than I do, and my job is to help them mine it out of themselves, share it, and identify the barriers to acting on their insights (usually, it's a personality or two, or a lack of skill, or that everyone is too much the same, etc., and I help facilitate through that). Some consulting firms call it change management, others change leadership, others human capital management. It's basically helping a company or organization's people get from A to B, accounting for all of those dynamics (from personalities to politics, and communications) so as to make the change successful.

Thanks for that information. I naturally did that for decades with youth & their parents, worked with different leaders in a battle based game to help the organization grow, and have always worked to help different teams in the corporate environment see how they really do compliment each other so the contention could stop & our teams could just get back to helping the customers the best. I had no idea there was a niche that needed to be filled as a consultant. Glad you found your fit & it sounds incredibly fun.
Thinking about that again with your question, it seems Q always wanted us to think critically about issues & draw conclusions from facts & data that we may not have been aware of before. I never got the feeling they wanted blind followers. I fact that is a large part of what created this whole mess in the first place IMO. Really I am thinking that those who are able to step back, look at the issues & offer constructive discussion, as well as encourage it, is what we should be focusing on.
Helping everyone understand that we don't need to agree 100% on what is correct, but agreeing that we all need to critically consider options & help each other develop that ability to sincerely question, consider data points/new information, & be open to the possibility of being wrong when new information come our way.
The proofs made it clear to me this was a well planned project & involved Trump personally. Sure Trump could be in the dark about Q, but that is unlikely. He just doesn't do what others tell him to, he makes his own optics & owns the success or failure.
I had an IRL friend, who tinkers on the chans, approach me about the possibility of a staffer/or person posting as Q in a LARP & just convinced Trump to Tippity Top as well as draw air Qs. I figured there was a remote possibility, & that could be why there are no more Q posts. Though I found it more likely that the team is working to lull the black hats & perps into a false sens of security often enough & then spring a trap they cannot get out of. Though I accept I could be wrong & need to keep my mind looking at new information that can prove or disprove either idea if things start to frustrate me too much.
Q posting again would be awesome. Bringing back a nostalgic wave of hopium & joy that we have been right. Though I also know that if there is never another post until the operation is complete (if ever) is more likely. No need to telegraph to the enemy what is being done. I am still waiting for at least the Federal Reserve to be replaced, or ownership changed, before I start wondering if we are getting close. Historically it seems national banks needed to be destroyed in order for nations to become free & prosper again. Granted this is only one of multiple signals that need to be triggered before we know the change is here to stay.
I could be wrong, but if we remove the illegal immigrants (as we see happening now), that potentially removes sleeper cells/cabal armies from fighting back when other big things are announce.
Granted a signal from Q that we are 'still on track' would hopefully not ruin the plan, or expose who the team is at this point & it could bolster most of the Anons who have jumped onto the train.
That said, there was always some argument until Q proved they were Q again with each change of venue.
