None, therefore incompetence doesn't explain it. Either they need to admit he's an imbecile, moron, retard, idiot, learning disabled, or whatever medical low-IQ term is being used now, or admit he acted deliberately, knowing the campers would be majority white. Or both. There's no out on this, and Texans need to push back very hard or become California.
I foresee his "black political ASS" being done away with along with the DEI nonsense for the TEXAS Governor...
Also, I'm a TEXAN and these idiotos need to find a another state to live in before the people decide!!!!!!!
