A while back someone posted the raw geo fencing data from 10-years' worth of cell phone records going to little St James. Someone bought the data, but they did a raw data dump, it would take geniuses or AI to parse out all the data to say whose phone numbers they were and so on.
But it can be purchased and parsed through. There is no doubt the government has done it as well.

Little St. James is too small for a runway. To get there you would need to land in St. Thomas and take a boat, sea plane or submarine.
