I have seen this also. I am not sure about that. There is also the esoteric idea that a galactic central sun is beaming higher frequencies to earth to uplift the planet's frequency. Not sure about that one either. Both could be true... or not.
What I am sure of is that the electromagnetic field is generated largely by human thought and feelings and it fluctuates in frequency all the time. Also, there are many experiements showing this fluctuation going up and down when global events happen that changes human demeanors... i.e., 9/11, JFK assassination, and believe it or not, even the "Who shot J.R." epsiode registered a small change.
So if anyone, regardless of who, can sway a large population's demeanor (one way or the other) then it will effect the electomagnetic field's frequency. A related fact is something called "sympathetic resonance" which is how an opera singer breaks crystal glass. The glass starts resonating at the same frequency as the voice and the atoms start vibrating faster that in-turn breaks the glass. Humans do this too. That is, if the earth's electromagnetic frequency goes up... say 10 degrees, it would ultimately affect everyone on the planet.
Humans have suffered from this trick since forever. The bad guys controlling everything need to keep this frequency very low with fear, hate, anger, etc. Their hidden controls only thrive in that environment. If we suddenly all became empaths, loving, kind, etc. then all their control mechanisms fall apart.
