❗️Russia's State Duma enacts new laws which will allow the government to strip migrants of Russian citizenship if they commit crimes of paedophilia.

👏Russian citizenship will be stripped if migrants commit the following crimes:

📍 murder;

📍 indecent acts against a child;

📍 sexual intercourse with a child who has reached the age of 12 but has not reached the age of 14;

📍 involving a minor in prostitution;

📍 organizing prostitution with the participation of a minor;

📍 production and circulation of materials with pornographic images of minors;

📍 use of a minor for the purpose of producing pornographic materials;

📍 gang rape or violent acts of a sexual nature, or with particular cruelty (threat of murder), or resulting in infection with a venereal disease;

📍 coercion of a minor to acts of a sexual nature;

📍 coercion to acts of a sexual nature by an organized group, using the Internet or by a person with a criminal record for a crime against the sexual inviolability of a minor;

📍 indecent acts committed against two or more persons;

📍 organization of illegal migration;

📍 any other crime if it is committed for extremist motives or in order to justify terrorism or sabotage.

Russia plans to adopt the law by July 23rd 2025.
