There are two levels on which a CBDC can be implemented: ON the Federal level or on a state level. The latter is more dangerous, as this can be done by means of the UCC.
So, yes, a prohibition in law on CBDC would be nice. The better option, I think.

how do you think they plan to control what you buy or sell? it is literally the beast system, i am well versed in what cbdc crypto digital assets and the bible are. I agree it will be used to utterly control everyone.

CBDC are issued by the Central Bank they have nothing backing it up! They don’t even get audited.
Stable coin companies have to have one on one from the reserves backing it up and they get audited.
