I have no theories on this one. Ted apparently didn't go to MIT but Trump thinks he was one of his uncle's students? Or he is referring to a different Kaczynski? Anyone have any theories?

He doesn't lie. Why would he have to enhance his uncle's credentials? Perhaps Wikipedia is wrong.
Contrary to the headline, Trump never specifically states his uncle taught Kaczynski at MIT (though it could be implied).
Specifically all Trump stated is that Kaczynski was one of his uncle's students.
Wording matters and Trump is a master at it.
