Firstly, I am not a doctor and am not recommending anyone to get measles. This is me logically extrapolating from the observations that the cabal fears measles and that measles causes 20-70% of the immune system to be destroyed.

What is vaccine induced AIDS? It's your body being hijacked to produce spike proteins and your immune system thinking: these cells are all bad I need to kill them.

What might cause your body to at least temporarily stop attacking itself? An immune system reset.

The downsides of it: your immune system is nuked & vulnerable. The body needs time and suitable conditions to rebuild. Given a person's health & circumstances that might not be safe/possible.

If you already have full blown AIDS (your immune system is depleted in addition to being deficient), it might be too late for a reset because your immune system is already nuked.
