Actually, I love the "100%", part, which in fact is your conviction: 'I 100% believe that Dan is part of the Q operation' and not 'he's 100% part of it'.

Since the Q drops, most anons have surmised and concluded that Dan was involved on some level, due to the fractional deltas between Q drops and "Q+" speeches.

But whether he's included in the 3 civilians in the "less than 10', well, we continue to speculate. The less than 10 refers to those who know the whole picture, which does not preclude there being dozens, hundreds or more involved on some level who are working on a need to know basis.

We can speculate, and we can believe, but we do not know. Personally, I think there is an extreme high chance that Dan is part of the whole plan.
