That video footage is out there, and it needs to surface. Old Rebbit /T_D posts needs to be subpoenaed and made public. Several media outlets had cameras rolling when 0bama stated that also. Time frame was shortly after or before the 2016 election.
I can assure the public that there was not the kind of tampering with the voting process that was of concern and will continue to be of concern going forward; that the votes that were cast were counted, they were counted appropriately. We have not seen evidence of machines being tampered with. So that assurance I can provide.

For example- When 0bama tells his minions to pursue the Russian hoax "by the book," he could very well be telling his [Hillary's] goons to stop with the Russian bullshit unless they have actual, 'by the book' facts. The context is important.
Perhaps he was being pressured to fall in line to fully, and publicly support the hoax collusion narrative.
I do not recall Barry jumping up-and-down, and flapping his arms screaming "Russian collusion" like Hillary, and many others were doing. I suspect he knew it was all Hillary's bullshit, and didn't really want any part of it. Which is why I also suspect that Barry may flip on HRC, and others.

In fact, it would make a lot more sense for him to deny Russian intervention publicly, so what when the intel apparatus and DS machine put out the Russia Russia narrative, Obama himself has some distance from it.
