I encourage you to pray fervently like David: intensely, humbly. Consider fasting for a time while you make your petition. And then give it to God. And then rest, acknowledging that God's ways are not our ways, and He has reasons for everything even though they are beyond our understanding.
I'll pray that she is given a choice, and that she chooses to live. Encourage her to ask God for a choice, to see her babies grow and thrive in the coming new, more joyous world.
If she's open to any protocol, there are easier ones than all the supplements from The Wellness Co. (Nicotine patches are way easier and cheaper than supplements, and worked better for me.) But no protocol will work for someone who won't try, as you already know. Keep the offer open to help, and encourage her to ask God for more time, even if it's only for the sake of those who love your daughter and don't want to see her go.
