Well the thing is once you deplete your blood glucose then your body switches to ketosis. And the first time itβs hard to get into but it gets easier. Fasted cardio helps too go for a run or whatever when youβre hungry/when you wake up before eating anything and watch how cut you get

Good advice. I am currently at 335 down from 460. No cutting here for a long time yet :)
