excellent news! i’m not sure that all of Tina Peters remedies have been exhausted at the state court level, but the federal court definitely should hear her plea for Heynis corpus because the state of Colorado has wronged her so egregiously that she needs her case heard at the federal level.
All state court remedies must have been exhausted since that is a requirement for the fed govt to step in.
