We aren't restricted from it. Yeah, we might have to do some digging, but if he posted it on a Russian website, we could get it. We've seen plenty of his speeches before. I don't buy that they haven't released details simply because we'll never hear about it. We heard about the bioweapons labs in Ukraine, so surely we would hear about details of them, if they were released.
