For those interested, the 14th amendment has 5 paragraphs. Bodily autonomy would be covered by the first one:

Citizenship Rights.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.*** No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;*** nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
The counter-argument is that a vaccine does not abridge any privilege or immunity, and if it deprives liberty (which it does) it does so after due legal process because it was made law by the state legislature.
Personally I think we should have a new amendment to make it clear.
Too bad it wasn't still the united States but had already become the United States after the government failed for lack of a quorum a few years before this corporate amendment.
It was supposedly ratified July 9, 1868. I guess you could argue either way on that due to Southern States not being included, but ... what date are you going by?
Well , the failure happened when the quorum was lost but the last to leave June 8 ,1861 was Tennessee.
"reconstruction" appears to have been remodeling instead. Granted the corporation was 1871 . No matter , fuckery was afoot in fooling the masses and still is the order of the day. But I still have high hopes because our current Military appears to have recognized the errors of Hiram Grant and his buddies. We shall see.
